What do I need to get started?
Create an account and add your product details. Each tool shows the inputs it needs before you run it. Some use your saved product context; others ask for a website, image, or text.
How does Hatchloud use my product context?
Tools that support saved products use the details you provide to guide their output. Keeping those details accurate helps your audience research, messages, and creative reflect the same product.
Can I improve images and compare creative?
Yes. Creative Image Enhancer helps you revise product images, and Creative A/B Test offers an AI-assisted comparison of creative options. That comparison is guidance for your next test, not a live advertising experiment.
How do token packs work?
You can add tokens in Billing and review the token cost before running a tool. Sign in to see current pack prices and your balance. Hatchloud uses a pay-as-you-go token-pack model.
Are AI insights guaranteed results?
No. AI-generated research, scores, and creative suggestions are starting points for your own review. Check important claims, refine the output, and test it with your audience before making campaign decisions.
